Full Compliance with Military Standards: MIL-STD-461G and MIL-STD-810
Military EMC testing is a verification process based on military standards (MIL-STD or MIL-SPEC) set by the U.S. Department of Defense. These tests ensure that military electronic equipment can operate properly in high electromagnetic interference environments without affecting other devices.
Among these standards, MIL-STD-461 is the core standard for military EMC testing. It is widely applied across military platforms such as vehicles, ships, and aircraft, and has become a key global benchmark for verifying military equipment electromagnetic performance. DEKRA applied the latest version, MIL-STD-461G, tailoring test plans to each military branch (Army, Navy, Air Force) and intended installation platform (vehicle, ship, aircraft cabin) to ensure sufficient anti-interference capabilities.
Additionally, we also perform environmental and reliability testing under MIL-STD-810, simulating real-world conditions such as shock, vibration, temperature, and humidity ensuring equipment durability and performance across extreme environments.
