Content of Internal Audit Training
Would you like to develop your expertise in internal and supplier audits? The Lead Auditor training course provides an in-depth understanding of management system audits and qualifies you as a lead auditor. During the training, we’ll cover the requirements of the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards for internal audits and supplier audits.
Mock Audit and Audit Plan
- During the training, you'll develop an audit plan that you can put to immediate use in your work.
- You will conduct a practice audit, which will provide you with valuable hands-on experience.
- You'll receive feedback on your practice audit to support your development.
- You'll see various alternative approaches to conducting internal audits and supplier audits.
During or after the training, it is possible to conduct a separate practice audit, which provides personalized feedback and suggestions for improvement from the trainer. This component is included in the price of the training, and the details of its implementation are agreed upon separately with the trainer.
Tools and Documentation
- You will have access to audit questions and forms that will make it easier to conduct internal audits.
- You will learn to apply audit methods in accordance with ISO standards and to assess the significance of corrective actions.
